基于CFD?DEM耦合方法,研究了颗粒在水室内的流动状态,分析了不同刀盘转速、粒子水通入量和水室出口角度对造粒过程的影响,发现提高刀盘转速、增加粒子水通入量和水室出口倾斜一定的角度都有利于水室内颗粒的排出。进一步研究了颗粒与碎屑在水室内的流动,发现在水室出口处二者的流动基本呈现出一定的分离角度。  相似文献

Li+ doping is regarded as an effective strategy to enhance the room-temperature hydrogen storage of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). In this work, Li+ is doped into both MIL-100(Fe) and MIL-100(Fe)/graphene oxide (GO) composite, and it is demonstrated that the hydrogen uptake of Li+ doped MIL-100(Fe)/GO (2.02 wt%) is improved by 135% compared with Li+ doped MIL-100(Fe) (0.86 wt%) at 298 K and 50 bar, which is ascribed to its higher isosteric heat of adsorption (7.33 kJ/mol) resulting from its more accessible adsorption sites provided by doped Li+ ions and ultramicropores. Grand canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) simulation reveals that Li+ ions distributing in the interface between MIL-100(Fe) and GO within MIL-100(Fe)/GO composite is favorable for hydrogen adsorption owing to the increased number of adsorption sites, thus contributing to the enhanced hydrogen storage capacity. These findings demonstrate that MIL-100(Fe)/GO is a more promising Li+ doping substrate than MIL-100(Fe).  相似文献

In the present investigation, systematic grinding experiments were conducted in a laboratory ball mill to determine the breakage properties of low-grade PGE bearing chromite ore. The population balance modeling technique was used to study the breakage parameters such as primary breakage distribution (Bi, j) and the specific rates of breakage (Si). The breakage and selection function values were determined for six feed sizes. The results stated that the breakage follows the first-order grinding kinetics for all the feed sizes. It was observed that the coarser feed sizes exhibit higher selection function values than the finer feed size. Further, an artificial neural network was used to predict breakage characteristics of low-grade PGE bearing chromite ore. The predicted results obtained from the neural network modeling were close to the experimental results with a correlation of determination R2 = 0.99 for both product size and selection function.  相似文献

The heat production and thermal storage characteristics of rapid-preparation amorphous powder activated coke (RAC) were investigated. RAC was prepared by using a drop-tube reactor system. The natural oxidation characteristics of RAC were studied through combined TG–FTIR analysis and temperature-programmed experiment. Experimental results showed that CO and CO2 were the main oxidation products of RAC in air, and that the oxidation reaction was in accordance with the Arrhenius equation and law of mass action. Thermal storage characteristics were studied through computational fluid dynamics simulation. The maximum excess temperature θmax increases linearly with the increase of the initial temperature. The concentration fields of the products show that CO2 is mainly concentrated in the upper part of the coke bin, and the CO generated by CO2 at high temperature is mainly concentrated in the central part of the coke bin.  相似文献

The photocatalytic evolution of H2 over La2O3 decorated TiO2 catalyst was examined under solar light. It was observed that during the course of the reaction, the transformation of La2O3/TiO2 into La2O3–TiO2–La2O2CO3 occurred and these species effectively suppressed electron-hole pair recombination by forming electron trapping centres on the surface, resulting in an increased visible light absorption and improved H2 yield. The 2 wt%La2O3/TiO2 nanocomposite demonstrated better H2 yield (~8.76 mmol (gcat)?1) than the bare TiO2 (~1.1 mmol (gcat)?1). The catalyst was stable even after several consecutive recycles with no substantial loss of hydrogen production rate. The H2 rates were correlated with the physicochemical characteristics of the catalysts examined by BET–SA, H2-TPR, XRD, UV-DRS, Raman spectroscopy, FTIR, HRTEM, EPR and PL spectroscopy.  相似文献

Natural hydrogen exploration is now active in various places of the world. Onshore, correlation between natural H2 generation and the presence of iron rich rocks especially from Archean and Neoproterozoic cratons have been observed. Emanations and accumulations of H2 have already been confirmed in such geological settings in Australia, South Africa and Brazil. The geological similitude and the presence of numerous sub circular depressions that are a good proxy for hydrogen emanations suggest that hydrogen resources may also exist in Namibia. We present here the results of a data acquisition campaign which allowed us to confirm the presence of natural hydrogen in this country in the vicinity of Neoproterozoic Banded Iron Formation. The H2 content in the soil, as in Brazil, is variable within the depressions in time and space and is particularly time sensitive across the day. Comparison of the H2 signal versus time within these two regions shows a similar behavior of the soils with an increase of the H2 flow at the middle of the day. In addition, these new data allow us to better constrain the morphological characteristics of such H2-emiting depressions. By using satellite images and digital elevation model we propose a new proxy to differentiate potentially H2-emiting features from other type of depressions such as Salt Pan. The Landsat multispectral images and their processing through NDVI and SAVI indexes, that highlight a ring of healthy vegetation around the sub circular area with scarce vegetation already observed appear able to discriminate between H2 emitting structures and other soft depressions.  相似文献

The anatomical variations of two plants from the Nyctaginaceae family, Bougainvillea spectabilis and Bougainvillea glabra, were studied using light and scanning electron microscopy methods in this work. Bougainvillea is a dicotyledonous with defensive traits that can withstand extreme (hot and dry) settings; according to the findings, crystal inclusions in cells, woody spines, and an abnormal development pattern are all features that help them survive against predators and are unique to this species. The Bougainvillea plant's leaves are arranged in simple pattern, alternate to each other along stem having an undulate leaves edge and an oval form. The xylem and phloem, palisade, parenchyma midrib, spongy mesophyll, raphide crystal bundles, and trichomes were all visible when bracts and leaves were transversally sectioned and dyed with toluidine blue O (TBO). The presence of crystals was confirmed by a detailed examination of the transverse leaves by using bright-field and cross-polarizing microscopy. Dissecting microscopic examination showed that all the leaves revealed leaves venation pattern that had midvein, lateral veins areoles, and trichomes. Although trichomes have been identified on both sides, a closer look at a cleaned leaf dyed with TBO showed multicellular abundant trichomes on adaxial surface. Stomata complexes were typically found on the abaxial surface of the leaf according to epidermal peels. Present studies also showed that on adaxial side, stomata were lesser in number or were absent and also showed that the morphologies of the pavement cells on the adaxial and abaxial sides of the leaf differed.  相似文献
